Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

This policy covers vonco.partners, cooperation applications, contact requests and the AI chat. The controller is Vonco Partners Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 8/6, 40-064 Katowice, Poland. For data questions and rights requests, email vonco.partners@gmail.com. A website application does not establish employment or conclude a contract.

2. Data we process

Applications require a phone number or email and affirmative consent. Name, city and preferred contact methods are optional. We also receive the language and source page URL. Chat requests contain message text, recent conversation history, language and current page. Servers process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver the service, log errors, prevent spam and limit requests. Do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive information through the form or chat.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process applications and contact you about cooperation based on consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Steps you request before a contract may rely on Article 6(1)(b), and legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c). Site operation, security, abuse prevention and protecting legal claims rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional Google Tag Manager analytics requires consent. Application consent does not authorize advertising or newsletters. Providing data is voluntary, but the online form requires contact details and consent.

4. Recipients

Applications are delivered through Resend to Gmail business inboxes and authorized Vonco Partners staff. Kraków, Oświęcim, Zakopane and Zator requests go to the regional team; others go to the main team. Vercel provides hosting, analytics, performance monitoring and AI Gateway. Depending on routing, AI requests may be processed by OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Email and infrastructure providers process data within their services. Authorities may receive data where required by law. Submitting an application does not itself send it to Uber, Bolt or Free Now.

5. Processing outside the EEA

Infrastructure, email and AI providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the USA. Transfers are subject to GDPR Chapter V; depending on the provider, adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply. Contact the controller for the specific recipients, processing locations and applicable safeguards. This policy does not promise EU-only storage.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain applications and correspondence as needed to respond and discuss cooperation, and afterwards only with a continuing legal basis, statutory duty or need to protect claims until the applicable limitation period ends. Contract records may have separate statutory periods. Website code does not automatically delete applications from email after a fixed period; contact us for deletion or the applicable retention period. Logs, backups and provider records have their own retention schedules. Clearing browser data does not delete emails already sent or provider records.

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

Your browser stores cookie choices in localStorage (cookie-consent), the theme (vonco-theme) and PWA caches until changed or cleared. “Essential only” prevents Google Tag Manager loading and blocks the site’s custom analytics events. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights separately collect visit and performance statistics without analytics cookies; the banner does not control them. Google Tag Manager loads only after “Accept all”. Use the button below to withdraw that consent and reload without GTM. Previously set cookies can be deleted in browser settings; previously transmitted data is not erased.

8. AI chat

The chat is an automated assistant. Message text and recent history are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to a model provider, which may be OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Avoid sensitive information. “Clear conversation” stops the response and clears the interface history; it does not request deletion of provider logs or copies. The site does not save chat history in localStorage or its own database; provider technical logs may remain under their terms. AI does not make employment or contracting decisions. Confirm information with a manager.

9. External services

The contact page embeds Google Maps and social sections may load TikTok. Loading embedded content can transmit your IP address, browser data and cookies before you click; these embeds are not controlled by the banner’s GTM setting. WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Waze, Google Maps and social networks have their own privacy policies. Phone and email buttons open your application; you place the call or send the message yourself.

10. Your rights and withdrawing consent

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email vonco.partners@gmail.com with your request; we may ask only for information needed to verify identity. We normally respond within one month and explain any GDPR-permitted extension. Legal duties or claims may limit erasure. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl, or another competent supervisory authority.
